Simple Step by Step Help
Modem is ready to Go (Pre-configured)
Step 1
- Plug in the Splitter in the wall socket
- On the Phone Port of the Splitter , Plug in the normal Phone and on the ADSL Port of the Splitter, Plugin the Modem Cable
- Now your Normal Phone should be working
- Make sure you have correct IP range.
2. Make sure the Subnet Mask is the same of the router.
3. Make sure you have correct default gateway.
4. Make sure you have correct DNS.
5. Make sure no filtering in the router to block the Internet access.
Check If the Normal Phone line is Working
Step 2
Modem Cable Setup
On the Line Port, Plug in the Cable from the Splitter.
On the Phone Port Plug in your second Phone ( Plug in a normal Phone) ( This will be your VoIP Phone) the VoIP number is provided for Inbound and outbound calls.
On the LAN Ports Plug in your network Cable to the LAN Port of your Computer/s. You can Plug more then 1 Computer depends on the number of LAN Port is available on the Modem.
Plug the Electrical Cable and Now turn on the Modem , Check your VoIP phone , it should be working now,
Check If the VoIP Phone line is Working
Step 3
First Restart both the Modem and the Computer
If Working than GO to Step 5, If Not Working GO to Step 4

Step 4 Computer Configuration
To configure TCP/IP for static addressing
- Open Network Connections.
- Right-click the network connection you want to configure, and then click Properties .
- On the General tab (for a local area connection) or the Networking tab (for all other connections), click Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), and then click Properties.
- Click Use the following IP address , and do one of the following:
- For a local area connection, in IP address , Subnet mask, and Default gateway, type the IP address, subnet mask, and default gateway addresses.
- For all other connections, in IP address , type the IP address.
- Click Use the following DNS server addresses .
- In Preferred DNS server and Alternate DNS server, type the primary and secondary DNS server addresses.
To configure internet Explorer
Click on the Internet Explorer, Go to Tools , then Internet Options and on the address Bar enter

Then click OK and close Internet Explorer
Re-start the Internet Explorer and it should Load your 3G Telecom homepage.
(If there is any problem check your Computers Network Setup or Restart the Modem and the Computer)
To configure TCP/IP to use WINS
- Open Network Connections.
- Right-click the network connection you want to configure, and then click Properties .
- On the General tab (for a local area connection) or the Networking tab (for all other connections), click Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), and then click Properties.
- Click Advanced , click the WINS tab, and then click Add.
- In TCP/IP WINS server , type the IP address of the WINS server, and then click Add.
- Repeat steps 4 and 5 for each WINS server IP address you want to add, and then click OK .
- To enable the use of the Lmhosts file to resolve remote NetBIOS names, select the Enable LMHOSTS lookup check box. This option is enabled by default.
- To specify the location of the file that you want to import into the Lmhosts file, click Import LMHOSTS , and then select the file in the Open dialog box.
- To enable or disable NetBIOS over TCP/IP, do the following:
- To enable the use of NetBIOS over TCP/IP, click Enable NetBIOS ov er TCP/IP.
- To disable the use of NetBIOS over TCP/IP, click Disable NetBIOS over TCP/IP .
- To have the DHCP server determine whether NetBIOS over TCP/IP is enabled or disabled, click Default . For more information, see Notes.

1. To ping a public IP, open Command Prompt, type ping public ip and then press Enter. For example,

If you receive "Reply", check this page. Can you ping a web site? If you receive "Request timed out", check this page, Check the TCP/IP settings.
2. To check TCP/IP settings, use ipconfig /all command line. The part of the result looks like below.
